Same as mine except I use the paste. I also take Mag, L-Lysine (anti-viral props), NAC, Stinging Nettle enter text Also take this for allergies as its an antihistamine. I've been taking IVM 0.2mg/kg weekly as prophylaxis, increased to 0.4mg/kg when symptoms started daily for 4days. Symptoms gone after 48hrs. Vitamin C I took 2000IU every couple hours until my stomach hurt daily. Can give you the runs as well.
