Lord, that's going back a ways... maybe search GAW for entries? Basically Quella (or Q document for short) is a HYPOTHETICAL document that has never been found but Biblical scholars think it existed at one time and influenced the synoptic gospels.
Q the Qanon poster is thought to be a team of fewer than 10 people, some military, and who hold very high levels of clearances. Q clearance is a DOE classification but it may extend to others.
Q level clearance just equals Top Secret.
It does not equal the highest level clearance.
It's estimated over one million people have Top Secret clearance.
