So fox just said biden can nominate kamala for SCOTUS and she can be a tie breaker to confirm herself. Then biden nominates Hillary for VP, and after she is confirmed by a democrat house and senate, they hit biden with the 25th

That sounds like it could be 100% accurate… as bad as things are you’d think someone would have brought up the 25th Amendment against Biden at this point. I’m gonna be sick ..
