Does US accept refugees from Baltic countries?

Today, Belarus dictator Lukashenka threatened to destroy the Baltic nations, so I was wondering, does the US accept war and political refugees from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania? Sorry, if this post is inappropriate for this forum.
