That's not the correct bridge. That one is closer to down town near Pitt University. The second link is correct. Here is the only pic of the structure I could find. https://www.pittsburghmagazine.com/content/uploads/2020/04/frick-park4.jpg

Yes, somebody else pointed out that there are multiple bridges on that road.
