Neither Putin or Xi are dummies. If there were ever an opportune time to strike, it is when the US is struggling, with a weak leader, weak economy, disheartened (by covid regs) people, etc. We were oil independent just a year ago.

I believe Xi and Putin know who is really in charge. Most of the rest of the world also knows Biden does not look in charge. This is all for show. My opinion only. I could be wrong. I tend to be glass 1/2 full.
