Disclaimers: There is no absolute way to know i really have covid, since the tests are what they are. Even in the scenario that covid is my current illness, I have had so much working against it prior and during it with vitamins and other supplements, that I cannot be absolutely sure, what made me recover this fast. I have not been vaccinated against covid.
Testimony: My body developed a noticeable fever (38,8 celsius) and a headache on tuesday evening. I began immediately taking a capsule of Benadryl with a pint of milk every 8 hours. On thursday morning, roughly 36 hours after noticing the fever, I woke up in a pool of sweat, without fever and headache, and neither have returned to this moment. Today (friday) I got one of them covid home tests, I sneezed on the stick, did the rest that is required and the thing says positive. Swell. At this moment I should be obligated to at least "honestly play dumb" and say I have covid. For all I know I could've swiped that test stick inside the exhaust pipe of my car and it would've been a positive result, I know the tests are bs.
Facts: I am not vaccinated against covid. I got ill. I have been pretty much saturated with vitamins C, D and all the B's, Zinc, Selenium and iodine for years of being a health freak. I started to take diphenhydramine packaged in Benadryl, with milk. My symptoms were gone after 36 hours. A rapid covid test came out positive with my sample.
Credits: I want to thank any anon that had anything to do with the posting of the study about "diphenhydramine and lactoferrin (found in human and cow milk) together reducing covid virus replication by 99%", even though I cannot be in any way sure that was the reason for my swift recovery. But it definitely can't have made it worse. I want to thank the whole GAW, I don't think I would've run into the previously mentioned study if I wasn't here (the memes are good too). And I want to thank God, no breakdown of reasons needed...
Sorry for failing to mention that the study was about diphenhydramine and lactoferrin, which is found in human and cow milk.
