The awakening of the normies will trigger mass suicides and mental health crisis beyond our comprehension, in my humble opinion. It is going to be very dark. We have to be the light. On the other hand, many, many people will likely return to God in the midst of despair. I agree that anyone involved: doctors, pharmacists, etc etc etc will be targets. I long for the normies to awaken, but it will be brutal and I pray for all children who will witness this.
