There's no such thing as a cheap foreigner scab for trucking. Scabs don't have TWIC cards. There was already a shortage of drivers before. If they had access to scabs there wouldn't have been a shortage of drivers. Source: Trucker friend has been trying to get my ass behind the wheel to make big boy money for years now.
