I thought Hipgnosis owned the rights, which is owned by Blackstone, which is an investment firm that recently placed the former CEO of Pfizer as a senior advisor on their board. If Black Rock owns Black Stone, then my point is moot.

I was wondering about the rumor that Barry Manilow was pulling from Spotify as well - he wrote not just for himself but for others as well. He sold his catalog to Hipgnosis in 8/2020, but I don't know what the terms were.
