What do you guys think of the 13 Zoroastrian bloodlines?

Many claim they are running the show. Is this a glowie theory? I have no clue and I need some help on this one.

You are finding your way past the fronts and bagmen and into the real Nobility who have been running things for the last 1000 years. The Pharaohs vanished into the sea of peoples but their descendants rule still. Study history and the peerages and you find the same families over and over - especially if you remember to "follow the wives."
