If Trump and the patriots are in charge, he could just free the J6 prisoners now. Why let them rot? We need these Patriots back on the streets.

I don’t think Trump is a shadow president. He was recruited by the white hats and he played a role to help root out imbedded black hats. There may be a continuity of government in place, but I don’t think Trump is it’s president. I’d believe the white hats are in control. Remember they’re doing everything by the book. If Trump is shadow president now then he’s ineligible in 2024. Trump is a powerful media personality. There is no strategic value in having him be a shadow president. The optimist in me wants Biden out just after the mid terms. Republicans take house and senate. Trump is made speaker of the house. The hammer gets dropped on Biden and Kamala, followed by impeachment. Trump becomes president (3rd in line). Boom Trump serves out just under two years of Biden’s presidency and gets to run again in 2024. Libs pout, and the adults carry on rebuilding the country.
it's hard to get around the constitution's "the president's term expires" section. That's why I also think he's not president. Still fascinated by devolution and the COG in place, though.
I totally agree devolution and COG is plausible. I just don’t think Trump is the current commander in chief.
