Call DeSantis!! Any chance these adult males could be being brought in to serve as vigilantes against White Hats!! Placing them in smaller towns could increase "fear factor" since those in small towns have not experienced rioting and looting like metro areas. But we know our White Hats are stronger in the small towns! God Wins!
