If they got their way- their special place in society would be a very dark occupation, slave-camp/ prison, and/or bitter self destruction.

They'd be killing each other in a month? You give them too much credit. If just coffee, cigarettes, and xanax were unavailable: it would be on in about 3 to 7 days.

Imagine though: it would be totally devastating if they lost everything they've ever known in an instant (Great Awakening). Completely irredeemable worms. Would feel sorry for them if they weren't such wretched souls.
