I have a question about the guilt of medical practitioners in the USA.

What percentage of nurses, pharmacists, and doctors actually know what’s going on and are without a shadow of a doubt guilty?

Hosp admins for sure. Doctors, specially those on the research end. Doctors are trained (I believe) to push pharmas, not natural cures. For sure, the FDA, the CDC, and the NIH. A few nurses, but remember, "I was following orders" is NOT a defense.
