"Leadership" of rcmp definitely. Most of the officers are decent hard working folk. A lot of their families drove trucks to ottawa. Definitely not clueless. There is a video of a bit of the negotiation, pretty sure it looked like those officers were ready to switch sides. Military and rcmp have refused to intervene once already. Protesters were not leaving route for emergency vehicles. Thats why rcmp came this time. Now one lane is open both ways. Also, Cops/rcmp in ottawa have been fantastic. I have faith they will choose the right side.
