Bullshit. If I buy a gun that doesn't work or explodes in my face due to a defect they most certainly CAN be sued. There is no gun exemption clause. You just can't sue them for frivolous reasons. Just like a fat guy can't see the spoon manufacturers because he eats too much pudding.
