Penguins are code for secret agents.

You know, the kind that wear tuxedos.

So, any penguins on the run are secret agents jumping ship, or ice flow in this case.

Anyway, I guess it means that spies are being called home ASAP before shit hits the fan and governments start taking heads.

I doubt we're gonna see any politicians or celebrities go down this weekend. If Scavino is sending comms, this means only the spies are getting taken out with the trash right now.
