I was taking medical courses (aestheic procedures/plastic surgery) and worked closely with a French woman (who did look 20 years younger than she was) told me offhandedly that rich people in France regularly injected themselves with young blood. This was in the early 2000s, and it was not new then. This has likely been going on for a very long time, centuries, maybe more. What's interesting is that is now being normalized and why now?
This was in the US, so it wasn't happening on the public dime as far as I know, and I know nothing about public healthcare in France, but I do remember her saying the rich were regularly doing it. Seems odd for the NIH to do it, because they have no reason to extend the lives of the plebes draining there funds. Very odd.

what's interesting is that the NIH is funding this evil practice.
