Problem right there is she’s born to Chinese nationals while on USA soil.

Her parents subject to the jurisdiction of China means this girl is a Chinese national not American.

The fact that foreigners spawning on usa soil does not make the spawn a USA citizen regardless of the false and incorrect interpretation of the amendment.
