Yeah like in The Thomas Crown Affair movie where Pierce Brosnan hires a bunch of people to dress just like him and the police can't tell the difference and he gets lost in the crown crowd. Great idea, everyone carry one of these with water if you don't have fuel, in your car, then when they waste their time getting it and opening, they will either find fuel or water or maybe vinegar would be good to substitute. Any clear liquid to waste their time and resources.
