Something to do with the new state of emergency, there was a little "conflict" last night with some power tripping cops (really just one woman) trying to get some truckers to stop refueling. Truckers told them they'd freeze if they couldn't fill their trucks. Cops didnt care if they froze to death until they pulled out their cameras and got people around them to come up with their cameras too. All of a sudden they changed their tune and told them they'd leave them alone tonight, but in the future they'd confiscate the jerry can.
