We don't need a nanny agency to remind us of our duty as citizens. We have a second amendment to guard our people processes. By the people for the people with the people.
Can't argue with that logic. But with some qualifications I think the deterrent factor is what might be needed at the precinct level. Although a complete audit of any scent of corruption would also be beneficial.
It’s like guarding the gate after the cows got out.
Here’s the critical points where/how fraud happens:
• Canvas.
• Registrations.
• Poll Books.
• Ballot exploitation — early and absentee voting.
• Ballot Harvesting.
• Chain of Custody.
• Election Machines — certifications, software.
And the “ephemeral” impact of social engineering through Big Tech and MSM. See Dr. Epstein’s study and testimony estimating potentially 20 million votes could be swung to a particular candidate through search engines and bias reporting:
I honestly believe a seriously stringent penalty for broken chain of custody would alleviate almost all of what you are advocating. Thanks for the detailed response.
really? how? you can have perfect chain of custody on manipulated canvas/poll book, unlawful registrations, illegal (fake) absentee ballots. how many senior citizens were made to vote a certain way? how many places is ballot harvesting legalized? how many legal voters are voting multiple states?
would a perfect chain of custody catch the county clerk from running an election on improperly certified machines? or catch the vote flipping by the software?
and if search engine manipulation (aided and abetted by MSM fake news) can swing upwards of 20% of the vote, 1/4 of the electorate are manipulated before their legal perfect ballot is cast.
Wifi jammers might be a more useful tool.
Just returning to old school paper ballots and hand counted would cure a lot of it.
In many countries, the polls have military present to oversee the processes. The question arises - would it be Biden's military or the real military?

That's all true. But you know and I know that not every person who has the right to be armed should be.

The real show of force would be the people taking control of each and all of the above.

The problem is enough money is available in elections to tempt the devil.
