Looking through my new Temp book and I noticed something really strange that I have not seen anyone mention on here. Pages 208 and 209 are a single photo of a sumo wrestling event in Japan. Trump is in the audience. On page 209, there is one man in the audience who has his face blurred out. He's wearing a blue suit and is in the upper right corner. Any thoughts/guesses/explanations?

It is quite possible that this person opted out of his photo being used or published. it has to do with usage rights.
for shows like cops they have to sign for the rights to use their likeness. otherwise they get blurred out. it’s a model release, or something like that.
one possibility for this is whomever this is, didn’t give permission. so he’s blurred
