Are these people hounding me even legitimate. A dude even came to my house. Thoughts?

The lady that showed up here climbed under our front gate and to the door. We put up more no trespassing signs. She didn't climb underneath it the second time she showed up. She claimed to have federal immunity from trespass laws.
