Looking to buck the system and request shit constantly…. I wanna up the average requests. Especially for the shrubs and Barry eras. I wanna start with their presidential correspondence with Ukraine.

I was thinking we should all flood our local hospitals, medical centers and local councils with FOIA requests related to covid cases
Ahhh…. Might be something to do too!
I've done a few. Dozen. Don't expect and you won't be disappointed. What branch of government? Fbi military etc all have their own foia rules and little ticks. Let's talk
Specifically Barry’s daily electronic communication.. emails, text, news releases made for a specific date. Was there a charge?
So there can be but you can cap the amount you want to pay or be contacted before they overrun it
Like one mob guy I did they sent me some stuff free but were like we have 11,000 responsive pages, we could provide them all for $900 something on as many CDs as it would take
Ahhh. Ok. I see

Interesting! I'll keep checking back to see if anyone chimes in with helpful instructions on how to do this. Is there a charge for FOIA requests? Wouldn't surprise me. They'll want the experience to be annoying or expensive enough to discourage people.
I have made them in the past. Each authority/institution from whom you are requesting typically have specific criteria (in form) that have to be completed and the submittal process associated with it as well. Do a search on the respective website for the FOIA process first. If you do not find anything try to call and get direction (be sure to document the call with date, time, with whom you spoke with, etc., etc.)
Typically if you request information electronically there are no fees associated, but hard copies will have fees associated with them.
When requesting info, be specific and detailed (cannot express that enough.) They will only give you the minimum to fulfill their obligation.
TBH, it is a rather easy process. I don't care to assist in providing help on this. Makes you feel good when you get what you want.
Edit: Make sure you know for certain that you are requesting the information from the right authority/institution. Sometimes it's a circus trying to nail that down.
Thx fren! I’m gonna start requesting
Good luck!! Again if I can be of help, let me know.
I did one on my doctor several years back. I got everything. Including all of the notes they take during the exam and when you're discussing issues with them. It was interesting to know they really look down on people who refuse big pharma. For instance, asking my doctor for alternative methods for dealing with pain. (I won't take pain meds) All of a sudden, I'm a difficult patient. (that's what was written in the notes) So yeah, FOIA EVERYTHING!
