I think this would be a good application for a little divine mischief. [not really mischief from a full perspective...some just have to learn the hard way, the devil as their teacher.]

If only there were a way to give people that use these bouts of terrible flatulence. Infrequent enough at first to just be an annoyance, growing to an unbearable saturation point. Finally, conflict their virtue signal inflated self-perception with personal interest against the good of the rest of the office (with the barrier now keeping her air in rather than others' out).
