Not sure if this info will help but Dec 21 2015 The Chinese invested $82 million in a Kelowna Uranium company.

Once the deal is finalized, (Chinese) CGN Mining will have the right to nominate two of nine representatives to the Board of Fission. The offer is expected to close on January 29th, 2016.
