Melatonin tablets helps here. Use it once a year when I feel my sleep schedule is screwed up.
I've tried melatonin, it makes me sick and only helps me sleep for a couple of hours. The answer is not for me to take pills, It's for our government to stop going against natural sleep cycles.
Yea. I agree with you on this. I don't like DST or having to change the clock twice a year. It does mess up my sleep schedule as well.
Clocks here. The microwave, the oven the kitchen clock, the living room clock. I buy atomic clocks whenever I can but can't always do that.
But they've proven over and over it messes with sleep, alertness. There are more traffic deaths, for example.
