Has anyone set up a metals backed IRA? I am in the process of doing this and wanted people’s thoughts. I am in the process of going through Dr. Kirk Elliott’s business. Anyone have any reviews?

I did it through Nobel Gold a year or so back. X22 Dave triggered me. I rolled an existing 401k and Roth into new NG accounts. If I had it to do over I would have only done the Roth -- cut my fees in half, and pay no taxes on withdraw after metals hit the moon.
Unless you're a collector, I wouldn't bother with all the choices, just buy those things with the smallest premiums, and avoid variety. That will save you money, and you will have fewer things to keep track of.
And I second u/Ash, buy junk silver to have on hand for when SHTF.
