Can't remember but it might be because getting equipment up to where they are is difficult, also someone once said it's monitored by cameras somewhere. So when it gets graffitied it immediately gets cleaned up. I bet even if they were destroyed they have spares in waiting.

There is literally one camera.
They are in the middle of nowhere, right next to a major road. Easy to get a diesel truck in there...
I didn't remember the exact location, what kind of access road, or how many cameras, only that there was one. Good luck finding it though.
