I was waiting on a response from the company about these jurisdictional shenanigans, and that initial response is perfect. People have already made the point that truckers and their supporters can go to Quebec, withdraw as much cash as they like, and drive back to Ottowa/Ontario, since even within CA the 'order' applies only to Ontario. And Quebec is very close by.
