Are you saying the newspaper is Trudeau's mouthpiece? I looked up the part of the quote and it seems to be a collection of public opinions, not a statement from one person.

It's also from August. (just in case anyone else thought this was coming from an individual in the govt...like me, lol. I can be slow.)
