He had two communitied fractures —bilateral of the orbital bones? Communited fractures mean bones must be broken in three or more places. Bilateral orbital bones mean both eyes.
Linear fracture at the base of the skull involving two bones.
Countrecoup contusion: “In head injury, a coup injury occurs under the site of impact with an object, and a contrecoup injury occurs on the side opposite the area that was hit. Coup and contrecoup injuries are associated with cerebral contusions, a type of traumatic brain injury in which the brain is bruised.”
This didn’t happen from a little “bump on the headboard”
It didn’t happen from him falling either , what he fell twice and hit his head in two different areas , a wack that hard and he got up and laid down in bed ..yeah
The only 'innocent' way I see this happening is if he slipped in the shower and fell forward, whacking his face on something then slipping again in response and falling backwards. I really doubt he'd have been found in bed with no signs of having just come from the shower. (If he was even able to get to his bed).
I also could not find information about whether or not a blow to the back of the head could cause rebound breakage of the orbital bones. (ignoring the contusion that also was present on the front...)
Check out the info graphic in this dailymail article…Sagat autopsy info graphic foul play?

Where did you get that info from?
And did you mean " comminuted fractures"? Nothing to do with communities.
Autocorrect at midnight. Article and I gotta Phil linked.
