I don't think any of it really matters. Biden obviously isn't making any decisions about policy or anything else. Harris has absolutely no core beliefs and is dumb as a rock. If she is President the same people would be calling the shots. Same with Buttigieg.

However, if Hillary or Pelosi become President, everything does change. I think they are both extremely powerful in the hidden hierarchy of power that we aren't allowed to see.
