Retraction of mandates is NOT sufficient. The emergency order must be dropped. Take away their power to create emergency measures and rescind ALL outstanding emergency orders. There are many that we do not even know we are living under. Start with the emergency bank act, from 1871(?) in the US. There is probably a similar one for Canada.
