The nano particles that attach to people, they 'say' COULD be in a test, feasibly. However, the success of the nano particles they mention, were attached to gut lining. Not somebody's nose! Don't worry about this latest fear porn. Unless it's a test that is inserted anally. Hmm. Don't the Chinese want to do that? China is synonymous with genocide. In so many ways.
