It's called Moregelans. Sorry if I messed up the spelling.

They are on the top of the long swab that goes in your nose.

They seem alive when you start peeling it apart. I have an unopened test at home. I never got around to getting a microscope to see what's in it but upclose it's definitely not a normal swab
