To help give you some perspective and REAL information, because misinfo is on BOTH sides:

HIV is a virus that kills white blood cells. No white blood cells = immunodeficiency.

Vaccine-AIDS is misleading in that people think somehow HIV is involved. It is not.

The vaccine messes with the person's immune system. But no, she does not have AIDS. No, you will not "catch" the vaccine from her.
