Oh that is a very interesting take. Trigger the hostile acts by the occupying force against the populace then 11.3. I'd kind of thought that the whole toxic injection was the hostile act and it was a bridge that had already been crossed. It kind of makes sense, truckers kind of have a teeny bit of expertise in getting across country as quickly and efficiently. The cops took what, 10 days to get their QRF (lol) in place to move the trucks. Sounds like Art of War stuff "fight the enemy where they aren't". I seem to recall the USA had a bad experience with an enemy that kept on vanishing into the jungle whenever the US troops turned up anywhere in force.
