It was ruled an accident, so that the coroner doesn't get the same thing that happened to Bob, if he knows whats good for him.

If medical science can be thrown away and replaced with politics poorly disguised as medicine concerning vaccines and disease transmission, why shouldn't it happen for the autopsy abilities too?
