I dowmvoated your comment, not because of your opinion, but because you stated your personal experience as honest and authoritative, while dowmplaying others as likely lying or exaggerating. I'm happy no one you know has been harmed, but your experience is no more valid than any.others, despite the authority you tried to claim, whether it was intentionsl or not.
