Yes, It started with the Patriot Act (based on an event they orchestrated), then further solidified the Domestic Terrorist language in the 2012 Obama NDAA act and associated riders. Once they peg you as a "domestic terrorist", EVERY RIGHT you have is gone. You are classified the same as an enemy combatant. No rights on US soil.
