Nothing wrong with drinking a beer..being an alcoholic is. Being out of control is not of Christ. Worshipping God is following in His footsteps. We will fail. But failing means trying. Staying an alcoholic, or heroine addict is not trying. If you believe it is, you may be listening to the wrong voice in your head. And yes God will still help you, by taking away the bad. In the meantime, you’ll lose you job, your family, your house, car, health...may be a laying in a hospital bed as a vegetable...and God may finally have you all to himself, because then you have nothing but time to praise and worship Him. See how this could go? Or you may not. Understand God will put you on your knees, of that’s what it takes for you to finally give in to Him. Pray He does. Cause if your a lost cause...then God have mercy on you.
The price of our sin. Death. Then you rest. Until then, prepare for battle. Satan never stops. Arm yourself with God’s Word. If you need help, seek it, like I do in church. With my preacher and Sunday school teachers, friends, etc.
