I saw the same video live and my immediate reaction was that the EMTs weren't practicing any trauma medicine. No effort to apply pressure to the GSW, no neck restraint. And they were bouncing her all over the place unmobilized. Unless bad care was intentional.

They drug her into a little room and closed the door. Did not get her to ambulance immediately.

I jsut happened to tune into one of the online streaming portals and some guy followed her gurney out of the building and down the stairs. I wish I could remember the site that had all of the live streams.
