Anyone can set up a larp-site with a .win domain, these domains are available from most hosting companies in the same way as .net, .org etc etc. These larp sites do not share the Communities.win eco system, eg, you cannot use your greatawakening, patriots, conspiracies.win account name/password for the honeypot sites. but, they would appear to be preparing for some type of campaign of misinformation and guilt by association type of project. Be careful out there.
