Back in Sept 2021 Biden signed and extended Trump's executive order on foreign election interference. Its like Biden cutting his own throat. Biden would have extended this EO only if he was under white hat control.

There are many side by side comparisons of old Biden and new Biden and many people speculating they are not the same person.
