Apparently I'm too young to remember when this was taken. Whose the guy on the far right? If I'm not mistaken from the left it's G.H.W. Bush, Hussein, G.W. Bush, and Clinton. But I don't have a clue as to the guy on the far right. Is it Carter Maybe? Since Hussein's in the picture, he's the only other president I can think of that would've been alive at the time this would've been taken. I've only ever seen a picture of Carter like 3 times in my life counting the absurd xiden photo op where he looked like a decrepit midget last year, so I'm not familiar with how the man looks.

If you would have asked me this question 5 years ago, I would have said Clinton. My answer now is GWB for 9/11 and The Patriot Act. If you asked who was the worst person in general, my answer is still Clinton. Carter was not a good President, but he’s not in the same evil league as the other four.

Clinton and GW Bush had Americans killed on our own soil. Not sure about Obama, Carter or Elder Bush but they are just as evil.

GHW Bush ranks high for orchestrating the murder of JFK. GW Bush has 9/11 to answer for. Obama has to answer for all the division in our country and wasn’t born in the US. I was just a kid when carter was in office. He seemed to keep a low profile with his Habitat for Humanity cause. Looking back Clinton seemed mild in comparison to the others.
