That implies there are no rich people who are good.

Only in your mind. It's a statement of material fact, what bothers most people about "Rich people" is when they start using their wealth to render you more or less irrelevant in policy decisions and so that should be in fact the point whereby we call people "Rich". It says nothing about whether they do it or not.
