Oh my Lord! The stupid Progs just can't help themselves, can they? Nothing is sacred, traditions cannot be allowed to stand, and anything good simply MUST be ruined. Progs MUST put their grimy fingers on everything, and thinking they have "improved it," then move on to sully other subjects.
A Thomas Sowell quote comes to mind: "Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good."
I am just totally sick of these people. Their end cannot come soon enough.
The Gold Standard of shithead progessivism is this (paraphrased):
Walter Mosley is a black author who wrote Devil in a Blue Dress which was made into a film with Denzel Washington. Whether you like his work or not there is no denying the grit in his upbringing and background. IOW, if there was anyone who could add something to how black characters are portrayed he'd be a solid choice. Further, he's written sci-fi as well as noir; he's got range.
He was hired after the disastrous 1st season of Star Trek: Discovery to add weight to the writing room and story development. Now I am certain that Mosley has been way to the left of me his entire life. But I am also certain that he has a pretty good feel for the black side of the story. I've never seen anything of STD (geez what a name choice) except that which dropped online for free viewing. It was so bad I turned it off after 20 minutes and I am a sci-fi fan.
When I read that Mosley was hired on I had to admit it was both a good and bold move. Especially when trying to regain footing after a terrible start. Apparently though it was too much for the snowflake retards in the writer's room, he used the the unspeakable word. And even if in context to the story being fleshed out, it was too much -

This is the BS that gives me great hope and that everything we complain about as far as culture is now so contrained by self-imposed language and behavior limits that it must implode sooner than later. These morons had an accomplished/published black writer (who's done more than they ever will) right in front of them. Instead of relishing their good luck to be in such a place, they ran to HR. Comically pathetic.
/thank you for reading my blog.
